Stark Production Group is an event production company in New York City. This policy explains what we collect when you use starkproductiongroup.nyc, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because there is not much to say: we are a production company, not a data business.
What we collect
Two things, and only two.
What you send us
When you fill in the contact form we receive the name, email address, and any details about your event that you choose to type. If you email or call us directly, we have whatever is in that message. We ask for this so we can quote your production; we cannot do that without it.
Anonymous usage statistics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly which region they are in. This is aggregate and anonymous: it tells us "forty people read the services page this week", never who those people are. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we never link it to your enquiry.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information. Not to anyone, ever.
- We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. If we email you, it is because you contacted us about an event.
- We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site.
- We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Cookies
This site uses two kinds of cookie, and neither is used for advertising.
- Necessary. One small entry that remembers whether you have dismissed the cookie banner, so it does not reappear on every page. It is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
- Analytics. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. These load only if you accept them. If you decline, or ignore the banner, they are never set.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the link, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry reaches us through Web3Forms, which passes the message to our inbox, and it is stored in our email. Site statistics sit with Google Analytics. The website itself runs on a private server in Germany. Those three, plus us, are the whole list.
We would only hand information to anyone else if the law required it, and we have never been asked.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted, which matters when an event is planned a year ahead. Analytics data expires automatically after fourteen months. If you would rather we deleted your enquiry, ask and we will.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jeremy@starkproductiongroup.com and we will answer within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
If you are in the EU or UK, the legal basis for handling your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who asked us for a quote; for analytics it is your consent, which you give or withhold with the banner.
Children
This site is aimed at event coordinators, venues and vendors. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the home page rather than slipped in quietly.

Questions about any of this go straight to us.
